The More Neglectful Your Parents, The More Attention You Will Seek & Demand in Adulthood

Children who have not received enough attention from one or both of the parents can grow up feeling like they were unwanted and unimportant to their mother and father or even to both parents. A study showed that, as an adult, such child will seek attention or even demand it all the time. If you are lacking sufficient attention from one or both of your parents at an early age, you may often find yourself vying for a romantic interest`s attention, and often have trouble in your love life. Some psychologists claim that inattentive and emotionally-dramatic parents tend to raise the children with lower self-esteem, children who feel more alienated, hostile, aggressive or even anti-social. In other words, children who were feeling neglected can very often grow up to be needy adults.

Others May Have it Harder than You

The reality is that there will be many people in the world who have had it harder than you and still become successful. If they have been able to succeed, then why can’t you do it? They have been worse off and yet with all the hard work they’ve put in, they haven’t given up and they have pushed on to achieve greatness. Don’t try and sell yourself excuses that you can’t do something, when there are others out there showing you up. You’ll get there in the end, just keep up the good efforts.

Read Success Stories

For some, reading other people’s success stories could just be frustrating. I can understand that reading about how successful others are whilst you’re working your butt off and getting nowhere can be fairly annoying. However, for others who are determined to do whatever they have to in order to get where they want to be, success stories can be quite inspiring and motivating. There’s some great stories out there, from the likes of Mark Zuckerberg, 50 Cent, Richard Branson and so on. There are people who started just where you are, if not in a worse position than you are, who have become incredibly successful. These are people who might have started their business in a garage or bedroom, or maybe grown up in a rough neighborhood, but put in solid work to achieve their dreams.

Tupac sayings (2pac)..✌

1. “Remember one thing Through every dark night, there’s a bright day after that. So no matter how hard it get, stick your chest out. Keep your head up, and handle it.” – Tupac 2. “Life is a wheel of fortune and it’s my turn to spin it.” – Tupac 3. “You gotta be able to smile through the bullshit.” – Tupac 4. “Everybody’s at war with different things, I’m at war with my own heart sometimes.” – Tupac 5. “Forgive but don’t forget girl, keep ya head up. And when he tells you you ain’t nothing don’t believe him, and if he can’t learn to love you, you should leave him.” – Tupac 6. “My mama always used to tell me: if you can’t find something to live for, you best find something to die for.” – Tupac

Stop Killing Time!

When you kill time, you are killing your opportunities to do more and be more. Successful people make the most of each hour of every day, using every moment to their advantage. Learn to get a handle on what is distracting you from accomplishing your tasks each day. Remember this: Effective time management is a habit that can be learned. It starts with your decision to invest your time into what is important. Now I’d love to hear from you, so my question today is: How will you take advantage of your time today? Leave a comment below, and I’ll be sure to follow up with you.

Why You Need To Stop Killing Time Management

Organizational skills and time management are essential to your success. Time management is a choice, how you decide to spend your time is very much up to your own discretion. We kill time by procrastinating and doing unproductive activities to ignore what is really at hand. Killing time may work for a few minutes, but it adds up when things need to get done. You can increase your productivity and move closer toward your goals just by managing what you are doing and when you are doing it. The very act of taking a moment to think about your time before you spend it will begin to improve your personal time management and increase productivity immediately.

Read Up on Zodiac Signs

I didn’t actually believe in the whole zodiac and star signs thing until a short while ago. I have a friend from Malaysia who I’ve spent a very limited time with since I’ve known him, yet we’ve bonded incredibly well. One day he said; “We must get on so well because you’re an Aquarius, and I’m a Taurus.” The two supposedly find it very easy to bond with each other. Funnily enough, his girlfriend is also an Aquarius… Upon following the open mind statement I mentioned above, reading up on the zodiac might be a great idea for you. Hell, you might even surprise yourself greatly in the process. I know I did, and now I’m noticing a lot of similarities in real life to what I’ve been reading up on.

Stick With the Things You Obsess About

Naturally, the activities you obsess about will most likely become your strengths. It may take a while, but obsession equals passion. Passion equals effort. Effort equals practice. Practice equals perfection. Before you quote me on this, I have to inform you that this isn’t always the case. There are people in the world who have some incredible passions; but no matter what they do, they aren’t naturally blessed in that particular area, and practice doesn’t seem to change that.

Destroy Brain Fog With Exercise

Exercise is one of the most powerful cognitive enhancers I’ve tried, no joke. When it comes to stress-reduction, it’s a tool of titans. Hormones are in the driver’s seat of your mind more than you realize. Chronically elevated cortisol levels have a cascading adverse effect on motivation and mood stability by causing hormonal imbalances throughout the body. Just a few quick minutes of lunges and push-ups is enough to reduce cortisol production and get your head back in check. High-intensity exercise is proven to ramp up BDNF levels in the brain. BDNF what!? Brain-derived neurotrophic factor is one of the most influential (and least well-known) proteins in the brain.

How to Calm Down in 5 Minutes or Less

Number one is music. Nothing has a more powerful and immediate impact on motivation and mood. Music is one of the only treatments that temporarily reduce symptoms of patients with late-stage degenerative brain disease. If it can work on them, it can work for you too. Number two is exercise. Exercise burns off excess stress hormones that build up throughout the day. It also releases feel-good endorphins while boosting mental clarity with the production of BDNF in the brain. Number three is the sense of smell. Your nose is a direct line of communication to the amygdala, the area of the brain most strongly tied to emotions and memory recall. You can use it to ground yourself after moments of high stress.

Apple’s Market Value Just Reached $1 Trillion.

Image
Tim Cook, current CEO of Apple is sure to be sporting a very large grin today; As it has been announced that Apple shares rose to $207.05 today. This all but cements Apple’s place in history as the first US company to achieve a market value sporting a never before seen thirteen digits. Now, to help put this into a little better perspective, the US gross domestic product is slightly more than $18.5 trillion. Founded in a small garage in 1976, up until the last decade or so Apple’s success has been primarily reliant on the home computer consumers market.

Reasons why people never take action

Don’t let these reasons ever stop you from taking action and living the life of your dreams. They’re all ridiculous, and you’d be cheating yourself out of a wonderful life. Just as a reminder, here’s a quick breakdown of the 20 most ridiculous reasons as to why people never take action: The fall victim to others’ opinions Their friends don’t have the same aspirations They only listen to the opportunities that are given to them They don’t believe that they’re smart enough They can’t be bothered Their idea seems too ambitious They think it’s too late They think every good idea’s already been done They failed… once They’re scare of failing They can’t take risks They think it’s too early They lack self-confidence They “don’t have time” They can’t see past the bad to get to the good They get distracted Short term happiness prevails They follow the “norm” They can’t afford it They don’t have access to the right equipment

Don’t Chase Money, Chase Your Purpose and Money Will Follow – Kerwin Rae

Don’t Chase Money, Chase Your Purpose and Money Will Follow – Kerwin Rae – “When you have the ability to raise people’s energy to a level where they feel better about themselves, they will break down doors, they will climb through windows, they will break through walls in order to spend time with you… all you need then is a billing system.” It’s not how much money you make, it’s how you make your money. I’ve had businesses where I made millions of dollars, but I wasn’t doing what I loved so I wasn’t happy. When I first got into business… when I first had the desire to get into business it was because I wanted to have money, because I grew up in an environment where I didn’t have a lot of money. When I started making money for the first time all the voids that I thought I had as a result of the absence of money started to get filled. But what happened was the voids that were underlying, that were really there, the true insecurities, they started to become more apparen

They Can’t Take Risks

Taking risks in life shouldn’t be optional. They’re important. Anything and everything great that anybody’s ever tried to achieve, came through taking a risk. Maybe they risked their time for something, their money, their job, whatever it may be. But they did so with all good reason. People often never take action in life because they’re scared of taking risks, in case something doesn’t quite work out the way they wanted it to.

They Don’t Believe That They’re Smart Enough

You know the feeling when someone’s talking to you and they start to share all this powerful knowledge with you, only some of which makes sense? You wish you had that knowledge right? I’m guessing you want it in half the time as well? When people meet others who have enormous masses of knowledge behind the words that come out of their mouth, they instantly think that this person must just naturally be smart. They’re wrong. Behind this person is most likely more struggles than you can ever imagine. They’ve thrown laptops against the wall, given up on more than several occasions, felt every emotion a human being can, and this is how they possess the knowledge they do. Success is an emotional journey. Just because you don’t possess a certain amount of knowledge to start with doesn’t mean you can’t ever obtain it.
